2006 Holiday Christmas Party at The Crooked Cue

The Crooked Cue Etobicoke This years Holiday dinner party will be at The Crooked Cue restaurant.
The party will be on Tuesday December 19th
Arrival at 6:45pm with dinner at 7:00pm.

All members and guests were welcome! Thanks to everyone who payed in advance, this was a great help.

The restaurant is located just west of the intersection of Bloor Street West and Royal York Road. For a Google map click here. I hope to see you all there!

Parking

There are several coin-operated parking meter spots on Bloor Street. They are located right in front of the Crooked Cue on either side of the street.

If you are unable to find a spot right in front of the Cue just relax! There's a "Green P" parking spot just a block away with lots of spots. Go east from the Crooked Cue until you reach Brentwood. Take brentwood north. Immediately you will see a little side street on your right hand side going to the parking area.

Food

We ordered the Canadian Buffet:
  • Garlic Bread with Cheese
  • Your choice of Mixed Greens, Caesar, or Greek Salad
  • Chicken Breasts in tomato basil sauce or mushroom cream sauce
  • Herb Roasted Potatoes, Vegetables and Basmati Rice

This time around some of the group declared that they were vegetarians. I'd like to thank the Crooked Cue for coming up with a solution that fit everyone's tastes. Instead of giving our vegetarian friends the "plate with a carrot and some celery on it" option.

Drinks are not included

Thanks for not drinking and driving! All Drinks were extra! Fortunately we just had to ask our friendly wait staff. They were more than glad to help quench our thirst.

Feel free to responsibly enjoying a fine beverage. I plan to remain in close proximity to the bar myself.
