Priti stepped through a typical agenda. At each stop she explored the benefits and challenges of performing that meeting role. Through the question and answer session Priti reminded members that their is more information on the Toastmaster Meeting Roles on our web site. Another good tip was to observe someone else doing the roll the week before it's your turn. Sit beside the person and ask a few questions. Priti also reminded members that feedback is essential. Review your Competent Leader (CL) manual. Before you do the roll ask another member to review you in the CL roll. |
