Aside from our Ground breaking Group mentorship program we also have the traditional one on one mentorship program. If you are a new member looking for a mentor then this is the page for you!

Dear Member,

Welcome to Toastmasters! We have developed a Mentoring Program whose purpose is to assist you in your transition to our club and to help you maximize the benefits of participating in the proven Toastmasters program.

Mentoring is the best way to make the most of this educational opportunity and insure your success by providing the following benefits:

  • Answering your questions and informing you about Toastmasters and the Club;
  • Teach you to avoid common mistakes that most new members make, which will;
  • Help you save valuable time in your learning curve, by;
  • Providing personalized, effective, helpful feedback, that will insure you;
  • Reach your goals faster, as you;
  • Master new skills more fully, faster, resulting in;
  • Greater self confidence and personal growth.

Your Mentor and all the club members will do their best to help you meet and exceed your goals!

To develop, promote and facilitate an effective mentoring program that will accelerate the progress of the members toward achieving excellence in communication skills, developing strong coaching and leadership abilities, and thereby maximize the benefits of participation in the Toastmasters program - self-confidence and personal growth.

Proactive - Mentors will take the initiative to insure members begin experiencing benefits immediately upon entering the program, and providing a consistent level of assistance as needed thereafter.
