Diaphragm Excercise
Breath in deeply (through the nose) to fill your lungs quickly
Force breath out slowly through the mouth while saying:
Explosive HO!...HO!...HO! (bounce off diaphragm)
Repeat five or six times.
Extend the number of HOs per breath as far as you can by
working on the depth of breath you are able to take in.
Repeat using FEE!...FIE!...FO!...FUM!
